My dad worked in the construction business for years and I remember hearing the funny stories of them targeting people when they go in those things. Forklifts were involved too.
I can never see one of those things without thinking about LZ Goose and exercises at Camp Lejeune. When I worked as an S-4A one of my jobs was to contract for portable "shi**ers". Not quite the glory I had in mind when I joined up.
