How many rounds did it take? I remember a group camping trip where Duke used a 10/22 and chopped down a branch on a tree that fell in the river from about 30 yds away. I know he went through some rounds that day.
Sandy, yes they did. They wanted to keep going but it was getting chilly and the sun was going down. Everytime we go to the country, I make it a point to have them practice.
Yeah, better to do this than get clothes off the clothesline, LOL. Look at it this way, our boys are blessed because both parents are involved with them.
Ammo is cheap AND plentiful!!!

DeleteMy nephew once shot a pine tree in half here with an SKS. He had a good time doing it and I have more than enough pine trees.
